The best home made Nachos

 


Need a special but easy pulutan? No need to go out cause today I'll teach you the best nacho recipe you can easily make at home!


What we need:

300g ground beef

Tortilla Chips

Cheese

Sweet corn

1 can evaporated milk or whole milk

Red Onion

Minced Garlic

Garlic powder

Salt and white pepper

Tomato (cherry)

Green Olives

Chipotle Sauce or Smoked Paprika (optional)

Chicken oil (recipe here)


Instructions:

1. Saute the beef in a lightly oiled pan and add the chipotle sauce, minced onion and garlic, 1 tsp salt and pepper. Saute until you get a nice sear. Set aside.


I used my special chicken oil for that nice reddish color

2. Grate 1 cup cheddar cheese.


3. Heat 3 tbsp butter and put 1.5 tbsp flour in a pan. Mix well.


4. Add the grated cheese, milk, a tsp of salt and garlic powder. Keep stirring until you get a nice creamy texture. 




5. Arrange your tortilla chips in a plate.


6. Add the beef and your vegetables.



7. Make 2 layers like this.




Serves up to 4 persons.
